Very Small Quantity Generator Collection Program

​This program helps businesses with a VSQG or one-time license dispose of hazardous waste, such as solvents, paints, used oil and fuels.

• A VSQG generates 220 pounds (22.5 gallons) or less of hazardous waste per month.
• Participants self-haul their waste. This is not a pickup program.

Eligible businesses

• Must be in Ramsey County, AND
• Must be licensed (or in the process of being licensed) as a VSQG, OR
• Doing a one-time cleanout of less than 2,200 pounds (220 gallons) of hazardous waste.
