Training requirements
Training requirements differ slightly depending on generator size.

Large Quantity Generators

Record keeping forms
Hazardous waste generators must document certain activities. Learn more
Weekly container inspections
All generators must inspect hazardous waste storage areas and containers every week. Use this form (or create your own) to track weekly inspections. Keep documentation for at least three years.
Emergency planning
Emergency planning requirements vary slightly according to generator size.
Authority notification and telephone posting (SQG)
SQGs must notify local authorities about the type, volume, location and risks of onsite hazardous wastes. In addition, SQGs must post emergency contact information next to an onsite telephone. Use this template (or create your own) to fulfill both requirements.
Contingency plan (LQG)
LQGs must complete a contingency plan and update it as needed. Use this template or create your own.
