Ramsey County offers case management services for people diagnosed with a disability before age 22. Case managers help find programs and resources for people to learn job skills, get a job, develop life skills and find housing.
Children and adults with intellectual, developmental or related conditions may qualify for waivers to receive the services you need and want. Services may be provided at your home, a relative’s home, or a foster care or group home.
