Housing Service Providers & Landlords

Local Housing Service Providers who are looking to work with Ramsey County's Coordinated Entry for Everyone should follow the steps below:

• Complete the CEE Cooperative Agreement and email the completed form to: [email protected].
• Complete the Project Eligibility Survey and email the completed form to: [email protected].
• Notify the priority list manager if you use the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) by emailing your HMIS Provider ID to:
  • CEYS (single adults ages 25 or older, and couples without dependent children):  [email protected].
  • CEYS (youth ages 24 and younger or parenting youth ages 17 and younger): [email protected].
  • CAHS: [email protected].
  • If your organization does not use Minnesota’s Homeless Management Information System, consider joining! Data from HMIS is used to help mark progress toward ending homelessness and understand needs within the population we serve. For more information, visit the HMIS MN website.
• Review the Coordinated Entry for Everyone policies and procedures.
• Send housing vacancies by completing the vacancy form and emailing the form to the priority list team (see form for directions).
