Tamarack Fall Seasonal Series

Homeschool Programs

Homeschool (ages 5 - 9) and Middle School (ages 9-12):
Programs are typically two hours in length and develop concepts and skills in science, social studies, art, and recreation. Classes include activities to accommodate mixed-age groups. Preregistration required.

Fall series (adult/child):
Join a naturalist for a story and then go on an outdoor adventure with hands-on activities related to the book of the day. Preregistration required.

Discover Walks

Autumn Bird Migration  (all ages welcome!)
Join our experienced birding volunteers to learn about the birds of the area, how to identify them by sight and sound, and all about their lives in our woods, waters, and fields. Bring binoculars if you have them. Beginners and experienced birders welcome.
