You will receive a confirmation email upon registration. Additional information detailing what to bring, wear and other important information will be emailed a week prior to the start of the camp week.

Weather
Nature doesn’t stop when it rains and neither do we! Some of our best memories are shared during those unexpected moments. However, certain activities may be canceled due to severe weather and children will be sheltered inside if necessary.
Medication
Campers who require assistance with the administering of medication other than Epinephrine (Epi-Pen) or Diphenhydramine (Benadryl): download, sign, and submit the Medication Order for Administering of Medication form. Completed forms must be sent to [email protected] at least one week prior to the camp’s start date. Medical documents will be valid for one season.
Severe Allergies
If your camper requires use of Epinephrine (Epi-Pen) or Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) in cases of a severe allergy: download, sign, and submit the Medication Order for Treatment of Anaphylaxis form. Medical documents will be valid for one season.
Special Needs
Please make appropriate notes on the registration form if your camper has special needs due to allergies, disabilities or health concerns. We can accommodate many concerns with advance notice. If you have any questions, please contact our camp coordinator.
