Arena facilities are available to rent by schools, athletic teams, community organizations and residents.

Ice rinks

Rates are for 2024-2025. Listed fees are before tax and are subject to change.

Winter rates

Prime-time rates during winter months (Day after Labor Day–March 31) apply all day Saturday and Sunday, and 2–9:39 p.m. Monday–Friday.

  • Prime-time: $230/hour
  • Non-prime (9:40–11 p.m.): $190
  • School Day (7 a.m–1:59 p.m.): $160/hour

Summer rates

Prime time rates apply during summer months from 6 a.m.–9:39 p.m. (April 1–Labor Day) at TCO Sports Garden, Pleasant Arena and Highland Arena.

  • Prime-time: $190/hour
  • Non-prime: $160/hour

Fire sale ice

Any hours left open during the current week, at any time of year, can be reserved at the following discounted rates. Must be reserved 24-hours in advance. Once confirmed, fire sale ice is non-refundable.

  • Prime-time and School Day: $130/hour 

CCCU Fieldhouse

Rates are for 2024-2025. Listed fees are before tax and are subject to change.

Winter rates

Winter season runs from Oct. 16–April 30.

Prime-time rates apply 4–9 p.m. Monday–Friday and 7 a.m.–9 p.m on weekends and holidays. 

Single field

  • Prime: $175/hour
  • Non-prime: $97/hour

Full field

  • Prime: $525/hour
  • Non-prime: $291

Summer rates

Summer season 2025 runs May 1- October 15.

Prime-time rates apply 7 a.m.–10 p.m. Monday–Sunday.

  • Single field: $55/hour
  • Full field: $165/hour

Fire sale turf

Any hours left open during the current week between Oct. 16–April 30 can be reserved at the following discounted rate. Must be reserved 24-hours in advance.  Once confirmed, fire sale turf is non-refundable.

  • $90/hour

Batting cages

Two retractable batting cages will be available for batting practice or dry-land training. Cages are not included with field rentals but can be added to field rentals. The cages do not come with pitching machines, however power is available for organizations with their own machines.

  • $25/hour

Meeting room & special facility

Rates are for 2024-2025. Listed fees are before tax and are subject to change.

Charles M. Schulz-Highland Arena

Payments must be made one month in advance of rental use.

  • Synthetic ice training area: $25 per hour
  • South meeting room and Cornerstone room: $25 per hour
  • North meeting room: $50

Make a reservation

A minimum 24-hour notice is required to request a reservation. Reservations may be made by email. Submit your request to [email protected]. Requests are processed Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.

Payment

All reservations must be paid in full and in advance of reservation time. Payment can be submitted in cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

Fees are based on estimated operating expenses and are subject to change upon further review of operating costs.
