New Environmental Service Center coming soon
Ramsey County’s Environmental Service Center (ESC) will open in Spring 2025! This new facility will make it easier for residents to reduce, reuse, repair and recycle.
Located in Roseville, the year-round facility will have the following:
- Household hazardous waste (HHW) drop off.
- Electronics, food scraps and general recycling.
- Free product reuse room.
There will be no mobile household hazardous waste collection sites in 2025. Ramsey County’s household hazardous waste program will move to the Environmental Service Center in spring 2025. We are evaluating additional collection opportunities for 2026.
