What do I need to do before registering?

Create your account in advance:

CivicRec Account Notes:

  • Add each child as an Account Member. Follow instructions on how to Add New Account Member to Existing Account. Be prepared to share their name and birthday. Make sure to add email preferences and emergency contacts under their account settings.
    • Adding at least one emergency contact per child is highly recommended.
  • Make sure that the contact info is up to date and that contact preferences are opted-on for each account member. Follow the instructions on how to Set Email Preferences.
    • Under Communication Type for Email Preferences make sure that all three boxes are checked off. You may not receive important information about the program is these boxes are not checked.

      • Critical Announcements
      • Upcoming Events
  • When toggling the “Use Parent Information” button, you do not need to enter address or email information.
