At approximately 3:30 am on September 3, police responded to a call for shots fired on the 800 block of Cook Avenue East, Saint Paul. When police arrived, they found Annamarie Wagener lying in the street suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
