Ramsey County, in a move to enhance the safety of its streets, will reduce the speed limit on 35 miles of county roads with bike lanes by 5 miles per hour. The focus of this initiative is to prioritize the safety of all road users - be it bicyclists, pedestrians or drivers. This work is in accordance with Minnesota Statute 160.263 Sub 4.
