Keller Regional Park Tuj Lub Courts Improvements Project

Contact us

Tuj lub courts were constructed in 2016 by the joint City of Maplewood/Ramsey County project as part of a project with the Hmong community and county and state elected officials. Since completion, play has been increasing and the court materials are deteriorating rapidly due to heavy use. In addition, court design and technology has been advancing.

Working with the Hmong community, Ramsey County Parks has received funding to make improvements to the tuj lub courts and convert the natural turf to an artificial turf surface, and add takraw/badminton/volleyball courts. In addition, a shade shelter, bleachers, field lighting and drinking fountain are proposed to be constructed.

Construction

Construction of the proposed Tuj Lub Courts project will begin by the end of August 2024 and will be completed by June 15th, 2025.  During construction, portions of the adjacent trail system maybe closed temporarily.
