Public/Family Visitors
All public visitors are required to have a user account at www.securustech.net. User accounts are subject to approval by jail staff. Visitors will not be able to schedule visits until their request has been approved by jail staff. Once an individual receives approval of their user account they will have access to schedule both On-site and At-Home (remote) visits at this link. All visits must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
All public visits must have an appointment scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Public visitors must schedule the appointment. Inmates can only view whether they have a visit scheduled. Inmates are not able to schedule, modify or cancel visitation appointments.
In person visiting
On-site visits are non-contact, free of charge and conducted via a video monitor in the Adult Detention Center lobby.
Family visiting an inmate in custody must arrive at the facility twenty minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to allow for check in. Those who arrive late are at risk of losing their visit. Visits start at the scheduled time and cannot be altered if an individual is late for an appointment.
Due to the availability of visiting terminals and inmate movement visits can be canceled. The system will notify the visitor of the cancelation via e-mail.
A visitor must register all additional visitors over the age of eighteen prior to their appointment. The scheduling kiosk located at the facility will not allow for this at this time. Those individuals who have not been registered will be prohibited from visiting.
Registration can be done online by accessing the Securus Website.
At-home (remote) visiting
Remote visiting is available for a fee via computer with a high-speed internet connection and webcam, or using the free iPhone/iPad or Android apps available for download. See www.visitfromhome.net for more information about compatible devices.
Remote visits cost $7.99 for 20 minutes.
Inmates can have unlimited remote visits from home during scheduled visiting hours (see below).
