Newly Renovated Service Center at Maplewood Mall Reopens March 6

After undergoing renovations, the Service Center at Maplewood Mall is set to officially reopen on March 6, with full operations beginning the week of March 10. The newly redesigned space offers improved amenities to better serve staff and the community.

Upgrades include a more accessible main entrance near the mall atrium, enhanced Wi-Fi, and a public printer for Service Center materials.

Several community partners will return to the updated center, including:

  • Navigators (10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)
  • Community Career Labs (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)
  • Child Support Services (10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)
  • Housing Stability (schedule pending)
  • FAS Services (10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)

The Service Center is also partnering with the design firm Metre to introduce a refreshed look, including new window designs and an interior mural aimed at creating a more welcoming environment.
