Print From Your Own Device at Ramsey County Service Centers
Beginning in October visitors to Ramsey County Service Centers will be able to print documents remotely from their personal mobile devices. This change is designed to make services more accessible for residents by offering convenient, on-demand printing capability.
How to Get Started
- Connect to Wi-Fi: Begin by joining the RamseyCountyPublic guest Wi-Fi network on your smartphone.
- Access the Printing Setup:
For Android Users: Visit the URL: https://qr2.mobi/MobilePrintingAndroid to start the setup process.
For iOS Users: Visit the URL: https://qr2.mobi/MobilePrintingiOS to start the setup process.
- Download and Install: Download the Mobility Print profile to your phone. Once downloaded, open your settings and tap 'Install' to complete the setup.
- Print Your Document: Navigate to the document you wish to print on your phone. Select 'Print' from the program menu.
- Choose a Printer: Select the ServiceCenter printer from the list of available printers.
- Send Your Print Job: Tap 'Print', and your document will be sent to the chosen printer.
