East Kellogg Building
Ramsey County has engaged CBRE to market the 160 East Kellogg Building for sale. CBRE announced May 30, 2024 the property to the market through a Memorandum of Offering. The property is offered for sale for either redevelopment to a converted use or attract large users looking for a downtown office location.
Boys Totem Town
The county is currently in the initial phases of exploring potential future uses of the 72-acre site, and is completing necessary due diligence. The county will coordinate future planning in partnership with the city of Saint Paul, the District 1 Community Council and other stakeholders. The goal is to identify a new use for the land that honors the area’s rich past, is consistent with city and neighborhood goals, aligns with the county’s Economic Competitiveness and Inclusion Plan and the City of Saint Paul’s 2040 Land Use Plan.

Maplewood South
Ramsey County and the City of Maplewood are working together to plan for development at the 88-acre site currently owned by Ramsey County and formerly operated as The Ponds at Battle Creek golf course.
Ramsey County has executed an agreement to sell the property to D.R. Horton.
Maplewood North
Ramsey County is in the early stage of evaluating potential future uses of a 77-acre undeveloped parcel just north of the Ramsey County Correctional Facility.
