Senior adults are invited to a community event to share their thoughts on the design of the Little Canada Senior rental housing by Lupe Development. The feedback will inform Lupe’s architecture and design team when creating the building layout and rental housing units. Adults aged 55 and older are encouraged to attend. Refreshments are provided. Registration is not required.
About Little Canada Senior
Little Canada Senior Housing is a proposed 106-unit, 100% affordable senior rental housing community in Little Canada. The four-story project would be built on a 2.63-acre vacant site at 99 County Road B East, near the border of Little Canada and Maplewood. Of the total rental units, 11 will serve households with extremely low incomes. Read more.
