Portland Avenue Resurfacing

The surface layer on Portland Avenue between Highway 96 to Buffalo Street will be removed and replaced with new, smooth pavement in 2024. The project will also include select pedestrian ramp improvements and pavement striping. Land surveying crews will be working in the project area before, during, and immediately after construction.

There will be no cost to property owners for this project.
