Mounds View Boulevard Improvements

Mounds View Boulevard between Woodale Drive and and Silver Lake Road will be under construction starting in the fall of 2024.

We will be replacing and updating four traffic signals and installing ADA accessible pedestrian ramps. This project also includes the replacement of some minor drainage infrastructure.

Goals

• Replace and update aging traffic signals.
• Improve pedestrian safety by upgrading the existing sidewalk to meet current ADA guidelines.

Timeline​

• Construction will begin in the fall of 2024 and resume/conclude in the spring of 2025.

Traffic Impacts

• No closures are expected on Mounds View Boulevard. There may be potential closures on some intersecting side streets. Any detours will be posted on this page.
