Permit to carry applications are available online from the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
Applications may also be picked up and completed at the Ramsey County Law Enforcement Center (425 Grove Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota).
The application may be filled out before you submit it, but should not be signed or dated until you present it in person.
False information
A person who gives or causes to be given any false material information in applying for a permit to carry, knowing or having reason to know the information is false, is guilty of a gross misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail or a $3,000 fine.
