County Road B between Snelling and Lexington avenues in Roseville will be reconstructed in 2024.
The project will include installing new pavement, updating existing ADA accessible pedestrian ramps, and replacing the traffic signals at the intersections with State Farm Road, Hamline Avenue and Lexington Avenue.
This project will be constructed alongside the City of Roseville’s water utility improvements project. During construction, work will be phased in order to keep portions of the road and access to businesses open.

Goals

- Mailboxes from Snelling Avenue to Lexington Avenue have been relocated to side streets.
- Curb and gutter at County Road B from Hamline Avenue to Pascal Street is installed.
- Signal at State Farm Road work is ongoing.
- Sidewalk installation on the south side of the road between Hamline Avenue and Pascal Street is ongoing.
- Pavement has been installed.
- Top soil and sod will be installed the week of August 26.

- Single lane traffic in each direction on County Road B from Hamline Avenue to Snelling Avenue.
- Temporary traffic control due to trucks operating in construction zone
