The remote reporting system (866-520-7225) enables you to contact probation as needed; to update your contact info and/or report any police contact 24/7/365.
What if I lose my pin number?
You can email your supervision team, and someone will provide you with it.
Can I call the remote reporting system more than once a month?
You can call the 866-520-7225 number as many times as you wish.
What do I do if I had police contact?
Call 866-520-7225 and report the incident. Once probation has the information, we will determine next steps and call you back if necessary.
What if I missed my call-in day?
Call as soon as you realize that you have missed your phone call.
What if I am struggling with a personal crisis, can you assist?
Yes. If it is an emergency, please call 911. If you need immediate assistance, please contact the Ramsey County Welcome Center (1919 University Avenue W, 2nd Floor, St. Paul ) at 651-266-7890. For less timely matters, please email your supervision team and we will assist you.
What if I need to talk to an agent in-person?
The Probation Service Center offers in-person services upon request. Contact your supervision team and we will arrange to meet with you.
What if I want to speak with an agent outside of business hours?
Email your supervision team to discuss options.
What if I need a travel permit?
Contact your supervision team via email and make your request. These may take time, so make your request early.
What if the court required me to report within 24 hours of release?
You are expected to contact your supervision team the following business day.
