Hamline Avenue at Clarmar Avenue Drainage Project

Ramsey County and the city of Roseville are partnering on a drainage project on Hamline Avenue at Clarmar Avenue. This project will reconstruct storm sewer pipe outletting to Lake Josephine to accommodate stormwater flows and alleviate surface flooding.
Timeline
Construction will begin the summer of 2025.
