Service Center - Downtown Saint Paul
Service Center office on second floor near skyway exit.
Service Centers will open at 1 p.m. on Thursday, March, 27, 2025.
This Service Center is located at Metro Square suite 2500 (on the second floor - skyway level) and provides:
- In-person assistance to connect with all county services.
- Resource Center with computer workstations available by appointment.
- Community Career Lab with computer workstations available by appointment.
- Public Wi-fi available.
- Secure document drop box (available 24/7).
Getting There
Free parking is available across the street at the Block 19 parking ramp (145 E. 7th St.) – a voucher for two hours of free parking will be provided for visitors to the Service Center.
