Community Development Block Grant funding in the amount of $183,000 will be recommended to fund an elevator modernization at the Pioneer Manor senior housing building in White Bear Lake. This would be a new project/activity in the FY2024 Annual Action Plan. Funds for this proposed activity will come from prior years’ 2019 and 2021 unallocated funds as well as unallocated 2023 and 2024 program income. This also amends the 2019, 2021, 2023 and 2024 Action Plans.
