Maplewood Service Center Temporarily Relocating During Renovation
The Service Center at Maplewood Mall will close at the end of the day on Friday, Oct. 4, to begin renovations. To ensure services continue without interruption, a temporary service center will open on Monday, Oct. 7, in Suite 1034 at the former Maurice’s store in the mall (Suite 1034).
The renovation is expected to take about six months, with the upgraded center tentatively set to reopen by the end of February 2025. During the renovation, all current services will remain available at the temporary location. These services include:
- Navigator services
- Financial assistance
- Child support services
- Career lab
- Head Start programs
- Child and teen checkups
- Veteran services
- Housing stability
The county is committed to maintaining access to these essential programs while the facility undergoes construction.
Renovation Details
Renovations will focus on modernizing the facility to improve service efficiency and enhance the visitor experience. Once completed, the Service Center will continue to offer the full range of services with improved accessibility and comfort.
