Ramsey County is committed to providing services throughout the coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic while protecting the health of residents and staff. 

Hazelwood Professional Center is currently closed to the public. Most service questions can be answered by phone or email.

The Environmental Health offices of Saint Paul - Ramsey County Public Health and the Resource Recovery Project are located in Maplewood. For walk-in service, we issue temporary food event licenses, accept registrations for various Environmental Health-sponsored courses, sell radon kits and lend education kits on environmental topics including recycling.
