The last date for 2024 is on Oct. 24. If you need expungement services, please contact the Neighborhood Justice Center or Volunteer Lawyers Network.
Neighborhood Justice Center (NJC), Volunteer Lawyers Network (VLN), along with the Ramsey County District Court and Law Library has restarted the Self-Help Expungement clinic.
Space is limited and on a first come, first served basis.
You may file for expungement only if:
- You are not on probation or parole;
- Are not currently charged with any new crime;
- Have paid all fines and fees owed to Ramsey County; and
- Are not requesting expungement for a driving offense.
Criminal expungement workshops are presented in the Ramsey County Law Library by court staff on the fourth Thursday of each month. Space is limited and on a first come, first served basis. Please arrived by 1 p.m. Free forms can be picked up from room 190 on the first floor of the courthouse.
