Community engagement sessions to be held on Upward Mobility Action Plan

In partnership with the Urban Institute, Ramsey County is seeking community feedback on its Mobility Action Plan for addressing racial disparities and advancing upward mobility from poverty at this virtual meeting and community discussion. Participants will receive a $25 gift card for their participation.
