Absentee voting begins for the Jan. 28 special election for House District 40B. Residents can vote by mail or in person at the Plato Buidling (90 W. Plato Blvd. #160).
Additional in-person voting will be available at the Plato Building on Saturday, Jan. 25 from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
District 40B includes parts of Roseville and Shoreview.
