Add or Replace PDF

Adding a PDF to a Page

1. Enter the content to which you'd like to link the PDF. This is often going to be the name of the PDF. Then, select this text and click the "link" button.

2. Now, you can search for your PDF by name right in the link picker. Once found, select the file. Next, click the "Target" tab and choose New Window.

3. Your PDF is linked! Now be sure to click "Finish" then "Save".

Replacing a PDF

1. Navigate to the media manager by going to the utility navigation and selecting "Structure" --> "Files"

2. Next, search for the PDF you'd like to update by either searching, or navigating to the folder where it is saved. Once you find your PDF. double click to "open" it.

3. Next, choose your new file and upload under "Replace File" and save when upload is complete.
